Abstract


O presente estudo pretende verificar se a Lei n.º 17.137/19, do Estado de São Paulo representa novidade à parturiente e ao próprio médico ou se âmago da referida legislação já era assegurada à parturiente e médico pelas resoluções normativas do Conselho Federal de Medicina, especificamente em sua Resolução n.º 2.144/2016.

Abstract: The present study intends to verify if the Law n. 17,137/19 of the State of São Paulo represents novelty to the parturient and to the doctor himself or if the core of the referred legislation was already assured to the parturient and doctor by the normative resolutions of the Federal Council of Medicine, specifically in its Resolution No. 2,144/2016.
