O desempenho na Diretiva Resíduos Sólidos em municípios da Baixada Santista certificados no Programa Município VerdeAzul (PMVA)

Abstract

Resumo: O artigo tem por objetivo identificar os resultados obtidos por municípios da Baixada Santista na Diretiva Resíduos Sólidos do Programa Município VerdeAzul (PMVA), sendo consideradas cinco cidades certificadas entre 2017 e 2020. Foi realizada pesquisa documental na Resolução SMA nº 033/2018 e em hotsite da Secretaria de Infraestrutura e Meio Ambiente do Estado de São Paulo (SIMA). Dentre os resultados obtidos pode-se citar o desempenho dos municípios selecionados, considerando suas pontuações geral e específica; além da demonstração de continuidade na promoção de políticas públicas ambientais voltadas para a temática dos resíduos sólidos, com avanços em ações locais. No entanto, percebe-se a ausência de marcos técnicos atualizados nos municípios.

Performance in the Solid Waste Directive in Baixada Santista municipalities certified in the GreenBlue Municipality Program (PMVA)

Abstract: The article aims to identify the results obtained by municipalities in the Baixada Santista in the Solid Waste Directive of the GreenBlue Municipality Program, with five certified cities being evaluated between 2017 and 2020. A research documentary was carried out in Resolution SMA 033/2018 and in a hotsite of the Infrastructure and Environment Secretariat of the São Paulo State. Among the results obtained, one can cite the performance of the selected municipalities, considering your general and specific scores; in addition to demonstrating continuity in the promotion of environmental public policies focused on the theme of solid waste, with advances in local actions. However, there is an absence of updated technical milestones in the municipalities.
