A Excepcionalidade e a Provisoriedade no Acolhimento Institucional de Crianças e Adolescentes com Paralisia Cerebral

Resumo:

O acolhimento institucional de crianças e adolescentes é medida de proteção integral, excepcional e provisória, garantida por dispositivos legais, quando os vínculos familiares ou afetivos estão fragilizados e até rompidos. Neste sentido, o estudo será analisar e compreender os fatores que impedem a efetivação do direito a convivência familiar de crianças e adolescentes com paralisia cerebral, acolhidos em um serviço de acolhimento especializado no município de Santos/SP.

The exceptionality in the provisional institutional care of children and adolescents

Abstract:

The institutional care of children and adolescents is an integral, exceptional and provisional measure of protection, guaranteed by legal provisions, when family or affective ties are weakened and even broken. In this sense, the study will analyze the factors that prevent the realization of the right to family life of children and adolescents with cerebral palsy, welcomed in a specialized shelter service in the city of Santos/SP.
